Hi Osse, you are right, writing alway alleviates any pains I'm going through in my mind. I'm writing about fear on my next post too. How, as creatives, there's no roadmap for us like in other careers and it can leave us feeling confused. I'm enjoying sharing it on Substack and with others to feel less alone in these feelings :)
I've recently picked up journaling again and this is so true! writing=processing our thoughts better/ bringing some sort of order to the chaos. Thank you for the insightful reminder!
This is an interesting piece because I'm usually in situations that feel like I have things under control, I'm perceived to be the strong one, the unafraid and yet sometimes I feel completely defeated. Mostly I just try to sit with my feelings and do little things that make me feel undefeated like making myself eggs, or coffee or going for a swim, crocheting, reading a book or rewatching a favorite tv show, something familiar. And that usually helps too. I'm glad writing has been that rock for you.

When I have fear, I find it hard to speak, but writing comes more easily to me. This is absolutely right Mr Osse
Much to learn brother ✊
